Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Templates.uz platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is an online service that lets you purchase and download ready-made website templates, as well as place an order for a custom website-building service. By using the site, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Templates.uz provides two core services. The Platform does not provide an online website builder or hosting management tools — it is a marketplace for selling ready-made templates and services:

• A template store — browse, purchase, and instantly download website templates across various categories.
• Custom package orders — submit a request for an individually built website based on a fixed package and delivery timeframe.

3. Account Registration

You will need to create an account to purchase templates and keep track of your purchase history. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration (or when signing in via Google/GitHub). You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Purchase, Payment, and Download Process

Template prices are listed in the currency shown on the site (US dollars or UZS). Payment is processed through a licensed payment provider, and our servers never store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, access to download the template files opens immediately. The download link is intended for personal use and allows a limited number of re-downloads.

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use it within a single project (website). The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, renting out, or redistributing the purchased template, in original or modified form, to third parties;
• Re-uploading the template to other template marketplaces or resources;
• Using copyrighted elements contained in the template (fonts, images, etc.) separately from the template itself.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because templates are a digital product, refunds are not issued once a template has been purchased and downloaded, except when the template has a technical defect that substantially differs from its description. In such cases, contact itemplates.uz@gmail.com — your request will be reviewed within 3 business days. Cancellation and refund terms for custom package orders are agreed individually before the order is confirmed.

7. User Content and Prohibited Actions

By leaving a review of a template, you are responsible for the content of that text. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Posting illegal, threatening, abusive, or knowingly false reviews;
• Publishing other users' personal information without their consent;
• Attempting to harm the Platform's systems through malicious code, viruses, or automated requests (bots).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform's design, source code, the "Templates.uz" trademark, and template samples (prior to purchase) are protected under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable international intellectual property law. Copying or commercially using these materials without the written permission of the administration is prohibited.

9. Modification and Termination of Service

We continuously develop the Platform, and therefore reserve the right to change prices, the template catalog, or features without prior notice, as well as to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Contact

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The administration is not liable for damages caused by third parties, internet outages, or losses resulting from misuse of a template.
